  1. What a great blog! Thank you for stopping by mine. I’m just a beginning rider (and very old as well, lol), but love the horse I lease. He’s old, too! I’ll be following your entries. πŸ™‚

  2. Thank you for following me. You sound alot like my daughter, a former pony clubber, and English/western rider, a student at CSU in journalism & prelaw with courses in equine science who aspires to do her senior year at Geo. Wash U on an exchange. PS; as her mom I guess you could say I’m a former PC’er too; I was the treasurer for Rocky Mt Region- huge area/2 states, as well as the local Grand Valley education coordinator. Loved PC for its community. Wish I had had the time back then to participate in USPC Horsemasters. I plan to send Marissa your blog.

    • You are most definitely a former pony-clubber! I am so grateful for all that the moms and dads did to make my PC experience special. I have volunteered with one of the local clubs which brings back so many memories and that same sense of community. Please do send Marissa my blog. I am at G.W.U. part time in a graduate program at the law school. I hear they have an equestrian team for the undergraduates. Thanks for following along!

  3. Your blog makes me want a horse more that ever! I loved it so much I shared you with a friend in California who owns horses. πŸ˜‰

Thank you for visiting me and the follow too!

    • Thank you Lynda, that might be the very highest compliment you could give. I love sharing horses with people and I’m glad you’ve enjoyed the blog. I am certain you could find a free half-lease in your local classifieds. If we didn’t live in an apartment, I’d follow your lead and get a chicken (or two!) Happy New Year.

  4. Thank you for visiting and following my blog “Musings of a Horse Mom.” I’m looking forward to sharing your journey too. Be well and nurture what you love … Dorothy πŸ™‚

  5. Sara, I felt like I went on the trip with you! The pictures were beautiful. I think I’m going to try the calendar idea too! You always have my vote – good luck. Love you, Aunt Denise

  6. Hi Capital Cowgirl! Glad you found Cur-OST. I would never be without it. Probably one of best investments to make in your horse. (Have posts on my google+ site regarding my horses & Cur-OST.)

Also, enjoyed seeing you mention listening to your horse. Although intuitive animal communication is part of my profession, everyone can tune in, gain benefit & more joy regarding themselves & their animals.
